AC 1300 – 1400

Cabinet Cage and Bottle Washers
In partnership with Steelco, Sychem’s AC 1300 and AC 1400 are large cabinet washers designed to sanitise vivarium equipment such as cages, feeding bottles, and fish tanks. Their compact design allows flexible installation and minimises operating costs.

Available in single- or double-door versions (double-door for AC 1400 only), both feature a vertical sliding upper door and a lower section that opens to act as a loading platform. They ensure high cleaning efficacy, with final rinse temperatures reaching 85°C/185°F, using an independent rinsing circuit.
Electrically or steam heated, both units include two standard chemical dosing pumps controlled by a microprocessor to set optimal levels per cycle. Additional dosing systems are available. A full range of accessories supports efficient loading of cages and carts, including bottle injection systems.

Smart Filtering System

Steelco protects your equipment’s life cycle and guarantees safety to the user: an innovative multistage water filtering system combined with a self-cleaning filter for recirculation of the washing water. In addition, the machines are equipped with an independent washing/rinsing system for an extra level of cleanliness.

Optimal Cleaning Performance

The washing system, operating with independent washing and rinsing hydraulic circuits, features three-level rotating spray arms positioned on the top, middle, and bottom levels of the washing chamber. Washing water is loaded in the washing chamber sump and heated up to the temperature defined for the washing phase. Final rinse water for sanitisation is heated up into an AISI 316L pre-heating side tank. Temperatures are monitored by temperature probes.

Easy Maintenance and Access to Chemicals

The electric control panel is installed on sliding rails for easy maintenance. Frontal access to chemical storage up to two tanks of 10 lt / 2.64 Gal US, equipped with level control sensors.

Aquatic Tank Processing Kit

Specific kit for the reprocessing of aquatic tanks used in research facilities, including three chemical dosage pumps, upgrade to washing circuit, flow meters, and a conductivity probe.
