High-Capacity Ultrasonic Cleaning System
In partnership with Steelco, Sychem’s US 1000 is an ultrasonic cleaner designed to meet the cleaning challenges of the increasing complexity of your CSSD.
The device conveniently integrates surgical instruments’ ultrasonic cleaning function into an automated CSSD reprocessing solution.

Available as a single or double automatic sliding up door, the device is capable of processing up to 18 DIN 1/1 net baskets and the whole cart is submerged during the ultrasonic treatment process. Our US 1000 features a chemical and steam disinfection version.

Thanks to the chamber light, it is easy to monitor the whole process.

Our US 1000 shares its washing carts with CSSD washers like DS 1000 and TW 3000, a feature that makes this ultrasonic cleaner easy to integrate into an automated system of loading and unloading of racks coming from a pre-wash device and destined to an ATS – Automatic Transfer System.

CSSD Integration

US 1000 is the ideal pre-cleaning ultrasonic washing system to be integrated in a CSSD.

Easy loading – especially through the Flexible Loading System – and the possibility to integrate the device with automation make the workflow faster and error-proof.

US 1000 has been designed to be integrated into high-capacity automated washer systems, between a pre-washing unit and automatically-loaded washers to reduce total cycle time.

Automatic Transfer and Pre-Wash

US 1000 ultrasonic cleaner can be integrated in a small automated tunnel alongside the ATS shuttle in order to operate a pre-wash and ultrasonic wash in the two-chamber tunnel.

After the pre-wash stage, the wash cart is moved to the second chamber, which performs the ultrasonic cleaning. At the end of the ultrasonic bath, the ATS shuttle sorts the basket in the first available washer in the barrier

This configuration is specially designed for those processing departments where time is critical. Its high flexibility and modularity make it a perfect solution for optimal workflow regardless of the facility’s size.

Complete Traceability

A user-friendly cloud-based web interface showing real time device status. It can be connected to all Steelco devices in a CSSD, thus enabling to check the entire reprocessing steps.

Staff are able to access it anywhere there is an internet connection and a Windows- or iOS-based device, with different authorization levels. It is intuitive to use with 24/7 technical support availability in multiple languages.
