Easy Loading
Completing our solution for the professional reprocessing of bed components, Sychem offers a wide range of dedicated loading trolleys for mattresses, pillows, and quilts made of AISI 304 with inserts and accessories for a versatile load. Loading ramp available when the autoclave is installed out of the pit (150 mm).

Advanced Eco Option
Condensate heat recovery system to be used as feed for the steam generator: ECO CD Standard solution, with a tank collecting both chamber and condensate drains; ECO EVO, a water-saving system for vacuum pump.

Optimised Process Speed
A built-in Uninterruptible Power Supply unit (UPS) is also available as a “save the cycle” option allowing up to 5 minutes of continuous operation of the control system in the event of a power failure.

Safety, Design and Strength
The rectangular design chamber minimizes dead space for optimal loading and throughput. The best possible jacket covering ensures fast heating and reduces cycle times and areas of potential condensation. In addition, high-quality AISI 316 L steam process circuits guarantee long-term reliability and steam cleanliness.
Disinfecting Cycles
- 3 test/service programs: warm-up and vacuum test and optional warm-up+vacuum test
- 3 working programs including those with A, B, and C range of effectiveness, with temperatures of 75°C (optional) and 105°C (standard) especially developed for a fast and effective bed reconditioning process
- 8 programs can be customised according to the customer’s needs. The parameters of each cycle are programmed to run through each phase automatically
