Hinged-door Medium Capacity Glassware Washers

LAB 600 is a large capacity frontal loading glassware washer designed for medium-sized laboratories’ optimal cleaning and drying performance. The washers are capable of injection washing and drying on 2 independent levels with 3 possible rack locations, providing maximum flexibility and multiple chamber configurations, depending on the height of the loaded items. The upper levels can be removed depending on the height of the loaded glassware.

The HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system helps achieve complete drying of both the exterior and interior of your glassware. Ergonomics telescopic bearing rails enable easy and safe loading and unloading of glassware. A high-visibility hinged full glass door allows for easy visual monitoring of the cycle.

Washing Efficacy

Effective mechanical action with complete coverage is crucially important to assure optimal cleaning during the washing process. Customised washing pumps and circuits ensure a high flow rate combined with adequate spray pressure. The washing chamber and spray arms as well as tank filters are made of high-quality AISI 316 L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). The 200 lt / 7.06 cu ft washing chamber has rounded edges in order to avoid any dirt traps, minimising the risk of microbial growth.
