Washer Disinfectors – up to 10 DIN trays

In partnership with Steelco, Sychem’s DS 610 Series of high-capacity models of washer-disinfector offers a complete washing, thermal disinfection treatment, and HEPA 14 forced hot air drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity for up to 10 DIN trays. It is equipped with an efficient hot air drying system that ensures perfect drying of all instruments and tubes after disinfection thanks to the accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash-cart levels. The devices are available as a single door or double door for pass-through application versions.

Sychem’s DS 610 Series is available in the standard or “Fast Cycle” version, allowing a complete cycle in 35 minutes with a substantial improvement in working efficiency and a consequent reduction of energy consumption. The devices are equipped with a high visibility full glass door and a user-friendly soft-touch control system on a glass panel with an LCD colour display to visualise cycle status. The loading and unloading of washing carts operations can be done at an ergonomic height by using manual or automatic single loading/unloading transfer trolleys.

Hygienic Design

The washing chamber and spray arms as well as tank filters are made of high-quality AISI 316 L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). The washing chamber has rounded edges to avoid any dirt traps, minimising the risk of microbial growth. The external cabinet is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (DIN 1.4301). Water filtering system on three levels captures residue preventing re-circulation and extending the pump life.
